We have tied up with the reputed courier companies, such as Fedex, Aramaex, Delhivery, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Bianca provides free delivery on all mattress orders. 

Delivery Time-frames

You will receive your order within 10-14 working days from the date of order, depending on the location of the delivery. These products will be shipped via surface shipping. 

Note: Certain products have longer than usual delivery times, as some states requires additional paperwork or entry permits which needs to be provided by the customer post that only orders can be shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Customer will get an email on registered id notifying dispatch details of the order including courier partner details and the tracking number. We encourage you to track your order online on the courier company’s website. Most courier companies provide an estimated delivery date also. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Bianca offers multiple modes to make payments for your order. We presently accept Net Banking, Debit Cards Credit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD), as payment options. Any information associated with your payments remains confidential.Our trusted payment gateways are compliant with the highest security standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Bianca? 

There are no hidden charges applicable on Bianca purchase. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. Bianca provides free delivery on all items if your total order value is Rs.500 or more (inclusive of taxes).else, a delivery charge of Rs. 100 is charged on your order.

What is Cash on Delivery? 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of payment for your purchase, other than online (By Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking) payments gateways. In COD payment method or COD service, you pay to the courier company at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance or at the time of placing order. 

Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a COD purchase? 

The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs.20,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method, and e-Gift vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Please note that we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.
